I am advising executives and entrepreneurs in how digitalization changes or challenges their existing business model, and which opportunities they have for (digital) business model innovation.
The answers are individual – there is no one-fits-all solution.
My approach is not new or very sophisticated – strategy development is eventually also not rocket science, but works best with a common sense understanding: interviews, discussions, and workshops – these cannot be digitised.
In this way, I would like to inspire and advise my customers about how to develop actionable digital strategies by making use of the latest relevant trends and technologies.
When in comes to the implementation of digital strategies, one needs an agile approach. This is possible by seizing the dynamics of innovation and / or design sprints, which can help to implemented solutions within very short times and verify them in reality.
